Excluding the three meat selections, all items are made without animal-derived ingredients including lard.

What is the origin of enzymes (rennin) used in the cheese?

The rennet used in processing our Monterrey jack and cheddar cheeses is non-animal rennet.

Do any of your ingredients contain hydrogenated oil?

Our flour, wheat, cayenne and spinach tortillas contain canola oil.
