1. What is a Saved Order?
     A Saved Order is a way to save every aspect of your favorite order making it easier the next time you
     order online. Not only does it save the menu items but it also saves the store location, your email
     address and phone number. Here are some examples of how Saved Orders can work for you:

     Order Name: Lunch    Dinner
     Store: College Station - Rock Prairie    College Station - Northgate
     Email: mary@freebirds.com    mary@hotmail.com
     Phone #: XXX-XXX-XXXX    XXX-XXX-XXXX
     Items: Freebird, wheat, rice, steak ...    Bird Salad, corn, rice, cheese, white chicken ...

2. How do I become a registered user?
     It is a great idea to become a registered user. It allows you to create and use Saved Orders.

  1. Under Create A New User, enter a Username.
  2. Enter an Email Address (confirmation orders will be sent here).
  3. Enter and Confirm password.
  4. Enter a Phone Number (this number will be called to confirm orders).
  5. Select Create. You will be directed to the Welcome page.

3. How do I edit my profile?

  1. Log-in to your profile.
  2. Select Edit Profile.
  3. Make your revisions.
  4. Click on the Update link.

4. What do I do if I forgot my password?

  1. Under the Existing Users Sign-In, select Forgot Your Password.
  2. Enter your username and email.
  3. Select Reset Password.
  4. We will email you a new temporary password.

5. How do I create a Saved Order?

  1. Under Create a New Saved Order, enter an Order Name.
  2. Your profile email address and phone number will be the defaults. Leave these or change them if necessary.
  3. Select a store where you will place your order to pick-up.
  4. Click on Create New Saved Order.
  5. You will complete your order and once submitted, all items in this order will be saved under the Saved Order name. There will not be any menu items saved in your Saved Order until you place this order.

6. Can I make any changes to a Saved Order?
     Yes, after logging in with your username, you will see a list of all your Save Orders under Select a      Saved Order. You can select the order and edit any aspect of it or delete the order.

  1. To delete a Saved Order, select the trash can symbol.
  2. To edit the order name, email, telephone number or store of a saved order, select the paper symbol.
  3. To copy a Saved Order, select the copy symbol. If you need to make a few small changes to a Saved Order, it is sometimes helpful to copy an existing one, give it a different name and make changes.

7. How can I make changes to the items in a Saved Order?

  1. Select the Saved Order.
  2. Make any changes to the order.
  3. Your revisions will be saved once the order is submitted.

8. How do I order multiple food items?
     To order multiple food items, click on the Add Another Item button shown on the summary page.

9. How can I edit my order?

  1. If you are in the middle of creating your order, select Edit Order at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to the Summary Page.
  2. On the summary page, Select any of the items you would like to edit. You may also delete any items here by selecting the trashcan symbol next to the item.

11. Where do I put special requests for my order?

  1. When building your individual item, there are two areas to include notes specific to the item (e.g. please put extra salsa)
  2. If you would like to include general notes for the entire order, there is a notes section on the summary page (e.g. Please put the burritos in one bag and the Bird Salad in another).

12. Can I pick up my order as soon as I submit it?
     We will call you within 10 minutes to confirm a pickup
     time. If you do not hear from us, it could mean that there was a technical issue. This rarely happens
     but it is frustrating when it does. We apologize. If you have not heard from us, please call the store.
     The phone number is provided on your printable receipt and email confirmation.

13. When will my online order be ready?
     Online orders are prepared as soon as they are received unless a later pick up time has been
     requested. Orders are on a first come, first serve basis so this might affect the time your order is
     completed. We will verify your pick up time when calling to confirm the order.

14. Is there a menu located on the website?
     There is a menu located on the website. Select Menu on the revolving wheel on our home page.
     Select the appropriate city and there will be a Freebirds Menu link on the right-hand side of the page
     for each store location.

15. What if there are any technical issues?
     Please contact the store or corporate office (1-877-THE-BIRD) immediately. You can also submit an
     online comment card to alert us of any issues.
